Let me get the bottom line-whether you are in the Market to Sell or Buy, all you really want to know is: "Will my Realtor either get the most money for my property OR the best purchase price for the property I want to buy. In this instance, we fell into the "Selling" category. I 100% do not believe ANYONE could have gotten us a more money for our property than Susan Houck. I have dealt with Susan multiple times over the last 10 years. She has a process that works; she has a network of contractors; she is from the area and many local business know and respect her very much. Further, she is a "no-nonsense" individual, who is not going to set unrealistic expectation. I wholeheartedly recommend Susan without reservation!
